If your student is currently enrolled with Buckeye USD, you do NOT need to re-register each year. This includes 5th-grade students promoting to middle school.
Letters and forms included in Online Enrollment
Fillable forms may be printed/completed/scanned back OR downloaded and opened as a fillable document. Fillable digital signatures may require access to Adobe or another digital signature program.

It is important to understand that your student’s registration is not complete if ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS have not been submitted to school officials. Your child will not be enrolled at the time of submission of enrollment, but rather placed on a waitlist pending completion of the required enrollment information. School staff will contact you if your enrollment is deemed incomplete and request the information needed to enroll your child upon its submission.
