  • Camerado Springs End or Year Plans

    Please take a minute to review the “End of Year” plan found below, including information on a few special events. 

    To maintain physical distancing and ensure the safety of student and staff, we ask families follow the following guidelines:

    Camerado Springs Virtual Promotion Ceremony

    Assigned Turn In/Pick Up Days

    Tuesday, May 26th – 8th Grade (8:00 AM-3:00 PM)

    Wednesday, May 27th – 7th Grade (8:00 AM-3:00 PM)

    Thursday, May 28th – 6th Grade (8:00 AM-3:00 PM) 

    Families that cannot make their assigned day can report to one of the alternate turn in/pick up days.  Families with siblings in multiple grade levels can attend any one of the assigned days and turn in/pick up for all their children on the one day of their choice.

    We would encourage students to maintain physical distancing and, if possible, wear masks/nose and mouth coverings, when coming on campus.

    An email will be sent to students and parents from our school librarian listing the books currently checked out at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 14th.

    Turn In/Pick Up Procedures

    1. Please review the email listing textbooks and library books checked out to your child. Please bring all assigned textbooks and library books with you.  Students with missing textbooks or library books will be billed the cost of the missing books.  Please cross-reference the list with the books your child is turning in.
    2. Park in the main parking lot at Camerado Springs. We will have staff directing students to bring their library books and textbooks to the library.  We are requesting this is done one student/family at a time.  Our staff will help direct this process to ensure it is done in an organized and timely manner. 
    3. After books are checked in, the student/student’s parent will report to the locker room to get their PE uniform, shoes, and any other personal items. Lockers will be opened in advance to ensure it is a quick and simple process.  Items not picked will be discarded.
    4. Students are to then report to the classrooms near the flagpole (Rooms 14-16).

    Room 14 – Chromebook/Hot Spot Return Station

    Room 15 – Yearbook pick up (pending yearbooks are delivered on time)

    Room 16 – Medication and 8th Grade Promotion Certificate pick up

    Wildcat Spirit Parade – Tuesday, May 26th 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    The Camerado Staff wants to wish students and families farewell for the summer.  We are inviting families to drive by the front of the school on Tuesday, May 26th, 6:00 - 7:00 PM.  Our staff will be lined up along the driveway in front of the flagpole to send our students off for the summer.  This event gives our staff and students the opportunity to say goodbye as the school comes to a close.  We hope your family can make this event.  Drive by anytime between 6:00-7:00 PM.

    Report Cards

    Third Trimester report cards will be available after June 1st on Home Access Center (HAC).  If you would like a PDF version emailed to you, please contact the front office after June 1st.
